In reality, I would say that YOU destroyed ME. Now that you mention it, yes, a left and a right hop should equal one. I counted it the cheater way, so that takes about 60 off my score. And I used dinky little ouch-I-am-so-fragile-my-shoulder-is-so-sore DBs for the push press.

I did a 5-3-1 workout except that I skipped the main lift and went right to the “I ain’t doin jackshit” assistance work. World records abounded.
